How to reach us
Email hello@bosphorus.cruises. We do not publish a phone number or a street address. Email is the only channel, for readers and companies alike.
What we can help with
- Corrections. A fare that changed, a pier that moved, a boat that no longer runs, a timetable that is out of date, a dead link. Tell us the page and, if possible, a link to an official source. We check every correction and update the page.
- Questions about our pages. If something we wrote is unclear, ask. We cannot plan your trip for you, but we can explain what a page says and where its facts come from.
- Operators and agencies. If you run a boat, a pier service or a tour that we describe, you are welcome to send corrections or new facts with a source we can check. We do not sell reviews, scores, rankings or placements, and payment plays no part in what we publish. See about us.
- Privacy requests. If you want to know what data we hold about you (in practice, only an email you sent us) or want it deleted, write to the same address. Our privacy notice explains the details.
What we cannot help with
We are an independent guide, not a booking agency, and we have no access to your booking. For any of the following, contact the company that took your money:
- Changing, cancelling or refunding a booking made on GetYourGuide, Headout or Tiqets: use the platform's own customer service, through the account or confirmation email you received. Cancellation terms differ by listing; many Headout Istanbul listings and some Tiqets listings cannot be cancelled at all.
- Weather cancellations. When the lodos (the south-west gale) or fog stops boats, the operator or captain decides, and the platform rebooks or refunds under its own terms.
- Meeting points and pick-ups. The exact pier or pick-up time is on your voucher; the operator's contact number is usually there too.
- Public ferries. Questions about Şehir Hatları timetables, lost property or tickets go to Şehir Hatları at sehirhatlari.istanbul; for Turyol boats, see turyol.com; for Dentur Avrasya, denturavrasya.com.
- Istanbul transport cards. İstanbulkart fares and limits are on istanbulkart.istanbul.
Before you write

We answer as soon as we can, but we cannot promise a reply time, and we cannot answer urgent same-day questions about a departure. If your boat leaves in the next few hours, call the number on your voucher.
